By accessing BIXCRYPTO INVESTMENT GROUP, the visitor and/or the purchaser agree to be bound by these Terms and conditions. These ones may be updated without prior notice. Crypto Wallet is an official distributor of LedgerWallet, manufactured by Ledger S.A.S.

Prices of our articles

All our prices are given in Singapore Dollars including local Singapore taxes. Prices are guaranteed only within the limits of available stocks and are subject to change without notice. Prices in bitcoins correspond to our chosen exchange rate provider at the time of the order.

Taxes

All our prices are invoiced according to Singapore Law. The customer is solely responsible for consulting his local tax laws in order to determine compliance with his national and/or state regulations, and pay any applicable duties or taxes.

Shipping prices and Orders

Delivery fees are displayed on the order screen and depend on the country of delivery.

Customers can order on the BIXCRYPTO INVESTMENT GROUP website 24/7. Any completed order implies the customer is agreeing with the prices and the description of the articles available for sale, as well as these Terms and Conditions. Crypto Wallet is committed to fullfilling the orders received via the website BIXCRYPTO INVESTMENT GROUP within the limits of available stocks. In case of an unavailability of one or more ordered article(s), Crypto Wallet will inform the customer as soon as possible, and if necessary refund within 30 days after payment; the order will then automatically be cancelled.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

The present Terms and Conditions are regarded as in effect as soon as the customer has ticked the appropriate checkbox while validating her order.

Payment options

Orders may be paid using VISA or Mastercard credit cards, or via PayPal.

Shipping

Customers can track their package using the link provided by email after ordering. CryptoWallet is committed to process the items ordered and paid by customers on the same day if the order has been placed before 5pm. Singapore Time, or within one business day after PayPal confirmation of the payment.

Delivery time

Delivery time depends on the chosen shipping options and will be displayed on the order page when filling the order shipping form. Our delivery times are indicative only and depend on carrier delivery provisions. Crypto Wallet may not be held responsible in case of any event beyond its control that could delay the delivery.

Service Charge

Note that there is a service charge paid once in two years, kindly contact support live chat and contact mail for more informations on this.

Delivery check

The customer should thoroughly check the integrity of the delivered articles. Any anomalies in the delivered items (damaged or open package, missing, incomplete, broken or defective product) must be reported within 8 days after the delivery.

Ownership

Ledger Wallet is a hardware Bitcoin wallet, a smart card running in conjunction with a software application, which allows the customer to protect, store and transact with his own bitcoins. Ledger, the company providing this solution, will not know or own, at any time and in any format, the Bitcoin private data of its customers. The customer is the only one to be responsible for her Bitcoin private data and backups; it is up to her to keep these sensitive informations secret and safe.

Transaction security

Crypto Wallet strives to guarantee the confidentiality and security of all data transmitted when surfing and/or ordering on BIXCRYPTO INVESTMENT GROUP. When using a credit card, the card details are encrypted and sent directly to our banking provider and are never stored on our servers.

Withdraw and warranty

All products purchased on BIXCRYPTO INVESTMENT GROUP are submitted to legal protections guaranteed by Art. L.211-1, Art. 1641 and the following ones of the French Civil Code. Ledger is dedicated to its customers’ satisfaction and committed to deliver goods in conformity with their contractual description. However, should the customer feel unsatisfied with any purchased item from CryptoWallet.com, he can be refund by contacting our Customer Service [ support@archstonegloballtd.com] and returning this item within 14 days, to Crypto Wallet, in original condition and packaging, including any blank accessories. After this delay of 14 days and within 2 years of warranty, if any obvious defect or lack of conformity of the product is proven, Crypto Wallet commits to replace the product.
